My experience went very well. The nurse who greeted me and took my vitals was super sweet. I’ve been on the hunt for a new PCP for a while now, and I have FINALLY found one! I had my first visit with Margaret yesterday and she was great. She thoroughly listened to all of my questions and concerns, and quickly made a plan of action. In the past with other providers, I have felt brushed off or just not heard. Margaret did not make me feel that way at all. I loved the office and all of the staff!

Morgan was thorough, personable and very knowledgeable/professional. It was a pleasure to meet her and have her a part of my healthcare team.

Dr. Cusack always makes me feel comfortable to share things with her and like my concerns are valid. Because of some previous negative experiences with doctors from other practices, I have a hard time trusting medical professionals. Dr. Cusack has helped restore my faith in doctors. She is professional, understanding, reassuring, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and efficient. I never feel judged or dismissed by her. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Cusack and would absolutely recommend her. She's truly incredible.

They are modern enough to be available and caring enough to take the time to listen. I don’t live in the area any longer but Dr. Frantz still manages my care and finds offices available to me for specialty care. She is one in a million.

Amazing doctor and great staff

Brittany literally saved my life. She looked for a root cause instead of throwing medication at the problem. Having fluctuating cholesterol she sent me for Calcium score test and it showed an Aortic Anneurysm! I had no symptoms at all! If it weren't for Brittany I would probably have died very young! This practice is amazing from start to finish. If you are looking for a primary care provider; both Brittany and Megan are 2 of the best around! <3

I was super dehydrated from my sickness and not being able to keep liquids down, but left the office feeling like a different person than when I walked in. They were also able to see me within 45 minutes after I described my situation to them. Super helpful

Always listening and learning you as an individual so your personal needs are met & I was 15 minutes late because I got lost and they were so accommodating and sweet. I did trip over the concrete all on my own outside the building infront of the Amazon woman. How embarrassing and irrelevant to this review. Health care at the Grove goes above and beyond to make their patients feel important and valued. Brittany as well as the rest of the staff are responsive and truly love their job and their patients. You can see it in their faces as well as their hearts. Brittany takes the time to listen to my cares and concerns as well as educate me with her medical expertise. I have major trust issues but because of Brittany I no longer fear going to the doctor. I live in Keller and I make the drive over to their office in Coppell because of the way they treat their patients. You can't find that level of care anywhere else. ❤

Brittany is very thorough and provides an excellent level of care. Everyone in this practice goes above and beyond to provide whole body health care. I never feel rushed in and out. We took time to discuss diet, stress, appropriate dietary supplements and importance sleep, as well as drug interactions. I would recommend to anyone looking for better care.

Brittany is incredible. My kids were patients of hers at the previous practice she worked at and I was so sad when I learned she left. I literally sought her out via Google to see if she went somewhere local and was so pleased to see she did! I immediately set up my kids’ well child checkups with her. Brittany and the team are so caring. They ask questions, listen intently and answer questions (and my 12 year old always has a ton when we do for medication check-ins)! They have a sincere desire to build a relationship with their patients. It’s so refreshing!
